The short version
Theatre is the most rehearsed thing we do, and the most fragile. Cues land or they do not; a set change that takes ten seconds too long is felt by everyone in the room. Live theatrical show production is a named activity on our trade licence, and we treat it with the preparation that implies.

Yes. Ballrooms, halls and outdoor sites can all be rigged for theatre. The constraint is usually get-in time, not the room.
We coordinate it, and we will not programme a title until the rights are confirmed in writing.
Yes. Local crew, technical supply, venue liaison and front of house for touring companies.
