We handle arrival and immigration coordination, secure transport, accommodation, green rooms built to the rider, and a liaison who stays with the party from first contact to departure.

Is this available without booking the whole event through you?
Yes. VVIP handling is regularly booked on its own, alongside another agency's production.
Can you coordinate with a client's own security detail?
Yes, and that is the normal arrangement. We work to their protocol, not around it.
What about confidentiality?
Non-disclosure is standard for this service and signed before any detail is shared with suppliers.
